About Me
Growing up in a large family shaped my awareness of different
personalities, relationship patterns and family dynamics from an early
age. Questions about how people connect with one another, how
conflicts arise and how change becomes possible have always interested
me, and eventually led me to my psychological training and later to
systemic coaching.
For more than 15 years, I have been supporting parents, families and individuals
in finding clarity, orientation and room for action in challenging situations.
In my work, I combine professional expertise with many years of counselling
experience and a mindful understanding of what moves families in everyday
life.
I am convinced that every family already holds the resources it needs. Sometimes,
it simply takes a new perspective to make them visible.
